About Vivida

I'm Lynda - passionate traveller, wine and food enthusiast, and founder of Vivida. I created this company to offer the kind of travel I enjoy: immersive, slow-paced, full of cultural experiences and connection.

My love for immersive travel sparked in the 90s, when I was lucky enough to travel to Hamburg, Germany to live with a host family on a student exchange. This experience deeply shifted the way I see the world, and myself, and formed an incredible lifelong friendship with my exchange partner.

Since then, I've professionally guided tours throughout Europe and travelled extensively personally, alongside gaining an MBA, a WSET wine qualification, and spending many hours learning German and Spanish. It brings me great joy to join my passions and experience together to guide Vivida's guests in discovering some of the most beautiful corners of Europe.

From vineyards to storybook villages, my mission is for you to experience the joy of discovery, the depth of culture, and the luxury of time to feel inspired, welcomed, and connected on your travels.

Each tour is thoughtfully crafted and personally hosted by me, so from the moment you arrive, you can relax, feel looked after, and know that every detail has been handled with care.

We keep things small and unhurried, so there's time to really take it all in — the surroundings, the food, the laughter, the stories shared over a glass of wine.

You'll travel with a small circle of like-minded women, feeling much less like a tour and more like a group of friends discovering somewhere wonderful together.

Vivida is the feminine form of the Spanish word "lived" and perfectly describes my belief that to travel is to truly lead a life well lived.
